Programs

The JATC (Joint Apprenticeship & Training Committee) is a six-member committee comprised of representatives of IBEW Local Union 305 and The Central Indiana Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association.

The JATC selects and trains apprentice electricians for all of the Union Electrical Contractors in its nine county jurisdiction. Through the Training Director, the Committee hires instructors, sets course work and assigns apprentices to contractors for on-the-job training employment.
