Ryan Wamsley serves as one of the Training Directors at the Fort Wayne Electrical JATC, where he collaborates to develop and implement comprehensive training programs that equip apprentices and journeypersons with the skills required to excel in the electrical industry. A graduate of the Fort Wayne Electrical JATC Apprenticeship Program in 2007, Ryan combines hands-on industry expertise with a passion for education.

Ryan dedicated six years (2014–2020) as an instructor for the apprenticeship program, where he played a key role in mentoring the next generation of electricians and advancing the program’s curriculum. Before
stepping into his current role, he accumulated 16 years of experience in Project and Operations Management, honing leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills critical to driving complex projects to success.

Ryan’s unique blend of practical experience, instructional expertise, and strategic leadership positions him as an asset to initiatives that prioritize workforce development and innovation in the skilled trades.
